DISCLOSURE OF CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS Pursuant to Government Code  
section 84308, members of the Board of Supervisors are disqualified and not able to  
participate in any agenda item involving contracts (other than competitively bid, labor,  
or personal employment contracts), franchises, discretionary land use permits and  
other entitlements if the Board member received, since January 1, 2023, more than  
$250 ($500 after January 1, 2025) in campaign contributions from the applicant or  
contractor, an agent of the applicant or contractor, or any financially interested  
participant who actively supports or opposes the County’s decision on the agenda item.  
Members of the Board of Supervisors who have received, and applicants, contractors  
or their agents who have made, campaign contributions totaling more than $250 ($500  
after January 1, 2025) to a Board member since January 1, 2023, are required to  
disclose that fact for the official record of the subject proceeding. Disclosures must  
include the amount of the campaign contribution and identify the recipient Board  
member and may be made either in writing to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors  
before the subject hearing or by verbal disclosure at the time of the hearing.

contribution allocated to District 1 to benefit KOL Education Foundation

Adopt seven resolutions recognizing the outstanding young women who  
attended the 2025 American Legion Auxiliary California Girls State  
summer leadership program

contribution allocated to District 5 to benefit the following organizations,  
including Buckingham SHIELD ($500) for their Sober Grad Night

Auditor-Controller:  
Approve the Property Tax Administration Fee for FY2025/26 to recover  
the costs to administer property taxes from cities and local agencies in  
accordance with the Revenue and Taxation Code Section 95.3(f)

Approve a first contract amendment with Chiropractic Integrative  
Partners, Inc. for $200,000 for a total contract amount of $952,000 to  
provide chiropractic services for the Solano County Family Health  
Services clinics for the current period through June 30, 2026; Delegate  
authority to the County Administrator to execute the amendment and  
any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, up to  
an aggregate of $74,999 per fiscal year; and Approve an Appropriation  
Transfer Request for $200,000 to increase appropriations for the  
amended contract utilizing revenue generated by the contract (4/5 vote  
required)

Ambulance Service, Inc., to extend the term of the contract from the  
current period through December 1, 2026, to increase the annual

Medical Services Cooperative to the County of Solano; and Delegate

Chief to execute all documents necessary to implement the grant and
