Secretary for visitors attending the Board meeting for more than 2 hours.

Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, seating will be limited in the Board
Chambers. All or some of the Board members may attend the meeting telephonically and
participate in the meeting to the same extent as if they were present.

comments in writing to the Clerk of the Board by U.S. Mail or by email. Written comments
must be received no later than 8:30 A.M. on the day of the meeting. The email address for
