DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:

County Counsel recommends that the Board of Supervisors, acting in its capacities as both the Board of Directors of the Solano County Facilities Corporation and as the Board of Supervisors, adopt the Conflict of Interest Code for the Solano County Facilities Corporation.
