DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
Supervisor Vasquez requests the Board of Supervisors approve the reappointment of Susan Rotchy to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board representing District 4 for a four-year team to expire on January 23, 2028.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Ms. Rotchy’s term on the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board representing District 4 began in 2004. Her expertise in this area and on this board continues to be an asset to the community.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The costs associated with preparing the agenda item are nominal and absorbed by the department’s FY2023/24 Working Budget.
ALTERNATIVES:
The Board of Supervisors could choose not to approve the appointment, however, that is not the recommendation as Ms. Rotchy is well qualified for the position.
