DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The District Attorney's Office recommends that the Board of Supervisors:
1. Receive a presentation from the District Attorney's Office on the military equipment policy and report of current inventory relative to Assembly Bill (AB) 481;
2. Read the proposed ordinance by title only and waive further reading of the ordinance; and
3. Consider introducing an uncodified ordinance pursuant to AB 481 approving a military equipment policy for the Solano County District Attorney's Office.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The costs associated with preparing the agenda item are nominal and absorbed by the District Attorney's FY2023/24 Working Budget.
