DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:

The Department of Health and Social Services (H&SS) recommends that the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution and plaque of appreciation recognizing Peter Duch, Courier, upon his retirement from the Department of Health and Social Services, Administrative Support Bureau, with over 25 years of dedicated service to Solano County.

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:

Mr. Duch has always said, "It was more than just a job, H&SS was my second home." Mr. Duch modeled the behaviors and integrity that H&SS strives to accomplish as employees of Solano County. He served diligently and took pride in his work. Mr. Duch modeled this service in H&SS and in the community, where he has served as a caregiver for six years.
