SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The City of Vacaville is proposing an ordinance that could allow up to 12 digital freeway billboards along Interstate 505 and 80. Staff is requesting that ALUC review the Public Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) and provide comments relative to potential impacts to pilot night vision.
