Supervisor Brown requests the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution recognizing Solano County as an Age-Friendly Community and approve sending a letter to the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) affirming Solano County's commitment as an Age-Friendly Community.

Solano County is further committed to supporting work and volunteer opportunities for seniors, ensuring access to communication and information for seniors, and supporting the ability of older people to age in place through community support and health services.
