DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends the Board of Supervisors receive a presentation from the Auditor-Controller's Office (ACO) on the selection of Cindy "CC" Cui, Payroll Technician III (C), as the September 2025 "Employee of the Month" making her eligible to use the parking space designated for this program.

She is diligent, professional, and most importantly, cares about how her work affects the employees of Solano County. CC's impact goes far beyond the Auditor's Office. Her dedication, positivity, and willingness to go the extra mile make her an asset to the entire County. Her coworkers say it best: "CC is very dependable and considerate to her fellow co-workers and gets the job done under pressure." Another adds, "CC is always friendly, full of smiles, very helpful, and very responsiv...
