DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Sheriff's Office recommends the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve an expenditure contract with Michael Brady for incident command system training for the period of August 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, in the amount of $197,500;
2. Approve a multi-year revenue Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Rio Vista for the Sheriff's Office to provide law enforcement services for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, in the amount of $3,825,102 for the first year;
3. Delegate authority to the County Administrator, with County Counsel concurrence, to execute these contracts and any subsequent amendments to these contracts up to an annual aggregate of $74,999 per contract;
