DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Department of General Services recommends that the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve a Structure Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, dba AT&T Wireless ("New Cingular Wireless") a Delaware limited liability company to install a wireless telecommunications antenna and associated equipment on the rooftop of the County Administration Center at 675 Texas Street in Fairfield for a 5-year initial term effective January 9, 2024, with four successive 5-year options to extend the Agreement, for an initial rent of $3,000 per month with three percent (3%) annual increases; and
2. Authorize the County Administrator or designee to execute the Structure Lease Agreement and any subsequent modifications or amendments, pending County Counsel concurrence, within the term of the lease.
