DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) recommends that the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) Master List of Contracts totaling $2,475,247 including four contracts providing for a variety of technology services and department support effective July 1, 2026;
2. Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute all agreements and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, not to exceed $74,999 annually;
3. Authorize the Chief Information Officer to execute any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, which are technical or administrative in nature and have no fiscal impact; and
4. Delegate authority to the County Administrator to authorize grant submissions over $75,000 to secure funding to maintain or expand programs which further the DoIT mission.
