DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Department of Human Resources recommends the Board adopt a resolution approving a Side Letter agreement with the Association of Mid-Management Professionals (AMMPS) at Solano County representing Unit 16, to update the recruitment and retention payment program and program terms and conditions for Clinic Physician Supervisor effective as of the date of approval by the Board of Supervisors other than for any Clinic Physician Supervisor whose first date of employment with the County was November 27, 2023 or later, through October 25, 2025; and Delegate authority to the Director of Human Resources to sign the Side Letter Agreement and make any technical corrections necessary to effectuate the intent of the Side Letter.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The County and the Association of Mid-Management Professionals at Solano County negotiated a successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) effective October 22, 2022 through October 25, 2025.
