DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
Supervisor Jim Spering requests that the Board of Supervisors approve the reappointment of Kelly Rhoads-Poston to serve on the Solano County Planning Commission, representing District 3, for a term to expire January 31, 2023.
SUMMARY:
Kelly Rhoads-Poston has served on the Solano County Planning Commission since 2010 and has been a valued member who understands the importance of the Commission and its role in supervising and enforcing the Solano County codes and ordinances.
FINANCIAL IMPACT;
The costs associated with preparing the agenda item are nominal and absorbed by the District 3 FY2018/19 Adopted Budget.
ALTERNATIVES;
The Board could decide not to appoint Ms. Rhoads-Poston. This is not recommended as Ms. Rhoads-Poston is well qualified for this position
