DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The County Administrator's Office recommends that the Board of Supervisors adopt and present a resolution honoring Christine Rogers, Principal Management Analyst, for nearly 21 years of leadership, dedication, and service to the Solano County Administrator's Office.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Christine Rogers has served Solano County with distinction since November 1, 2004, when she joined the County Administrator's Office as an Entry Management Analyst. Over the course of her career, she was promoted through each level of the Management Analyst series, culminating in her current role as Principal Management Analyst.
During her tenure, Ms. Rogers provided oversight, fiscal analysis, and administrative support to numerous County departments and agencies, and played a pivotal role in shaping budgetary processes, major projects, and legislative initiatives. She has been widely recognized for her professionalism, integrity, and institutional knowledge, and has been a valued mentor and colleague throughout her career.
Over nearly 21 years of County service, Ms. Rogers demonstrated exceptional skill and leadership in a wide variety of assignments. She served as CAO analyst for many departments and agencies, including Agriculture, Auditor/Controller, Treasurer/Tax Collector, Assessor/Recorder, Human Resources, County Counsel, Child Support Services, Library, DoIT/Registrar of Voters, General Services, Nut Tree Airport, Veteran Services, District Attorney, Public Defender, First 5 Solano, Public Facilities Fees, LAFCo, East Vallejo Fire Protection District, and Health and Social Services.
