Supervisor James recommends that the Board of Supervisors adopt and present a resolution recognizing Wednesday, February 11, 2026, as "211 Day" in Solano County, to increase public awareness of 211 Bay Area, a vital community resource that provides free, confidential support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
