DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Department of Health & Social Services (H&SS) recommends the Board of Supervisors:
Approve a Master Agreement with Seneca Family of Agencies for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, to provide behavioral health outpatient services;
Approve a Master Agreement with St. Joseph’s Behavioral Health Center for the period of February 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, to provide behavioral health residential services;
Ratify 19 Master Agreements previously executed to ensure continuity of critical services including acute inpatient, residential and outpatient services; and
Delegate authority to the Director of Health and Social Services to execute the Master Agreements, and any future Master Agreements or amendments, with the concurrence of County Counsel, for specialty behavioral health services facilities through the period ending June 30, 2027.
