Adopt a resolution accepting the Tentative Agreement with the Union of American Physicians and Dentists regarding Unit 11 for a successor Memorandum of Understanding for the term August 25, 2026, through September 30, 2028; Approve a Side Letter Agreement to the Memorandum of Understanding to be entered into with the Union of American Physicians and Dentists regarding Unit 11 concerning Base Wage Increase Re-opener; Direct the Director of Human Resources to prepare the successor Memorandum of Understanding consistent with the Tentative Agreement and obtain the signatures of the appropriate Union of American Physicians and Dentists representatives; and Delegate authority to the County Administrator or Director of Human Resources to execute the final Memorandum of Understanding and Side Letter Agreement and make technical, non-substantive adjustments

DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Director of Human Resources recommends that the Board of Supervisors:
1. Adopt a resolution accepting the Tentative Agreement with the Union of American Physicians and Dentists, regarding Unit 11 for a successor Memorandum of Understanding for the term August 25, 2026, through September 30, 2028; and
2. Approve a Side Letter Agreement to the Memorandum of Understanding to be entered into with the Union of American Physicians and Dentists regarding Unit 11 concerning Base Wage Increase Re-opener; and
3. Direct the Director of Human Resources to prepare the Memorandum of Understanding consistent with the Tentative Agreement and obtain the signatures of the appropriate Union of American Physicians and Dentists representatives; and
4. Delegate authority to the County Administrator or Director of Human Resources to execute the final Memorandum of Understanding and Side Letter Agreement and make technical, non-substantive adjustments.
