DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:

Receive and file the Meeting Attendance Reports for the month of April 2025 from the members of the Board of Supervisors; and Receive amended Meeting Attendance Reports for District 1 for January-March 2025.

SUMMARY:

The Monthly Meeting Attendance Reports disclose meetings attended by each supervisor where compensation and reimbursement was received from the County and/or other agencies.

The Meeting Attendance Reports for April 2025, submitted by the Supervisors or their staff on their behalf, are on file with the Clerk of the Board and attached for reference. This report is submitted on a monthly basis to reflect the meeting attendance from the previous month.

The amended Meeting Attendance Report from District 1 reflects the addition of the Community Action Partnership JPA meetings for January through March 2025 as the alternate representative, which were inadvertently left off of previous reports.

A listing of the Board of Supervisors Appointments to various Boards and Commissions, some of which include per diem reimbursements, is attached for reference and in compliance with California Code of Regulations (Fair Political Practices Commission), title 2, section 18702.5(b)(3). The current Board of Supervisors Appointments is posted on the County's website at: http://www.solanocounty.com/depts/bos/assignments.asp
