DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Department is recommending that the public hearing on the Minor Use Permit application MU-20-11 be continued to April 27, 2021, to allow new public hearing noticing to be sent out with the corrected address.
SUMMARY / DISCUSSION:
The public hearing with the Board of Supervisors for this item was originally scheduled on April 13, 2021. Due to an address error in the public hearing notice, staff recommends a continuance of this hearing until April 27th, 2021, in order to re-notice the project.
