DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and file the Meeting Attendance Reports for the month of June 2015 from the members of the Board of Supervisors as required for compliance with Government Code Section 53232.3(d) regarding per diem reimbursements.
SUMMARY:
Government Code Section 53232.3(d) requires that members of legislative bodies report on meetings attended for which there has been expense reimbursement (mileage, meals, lodging, etc.), or other compensation. The reports on meetings attended by the Supervisors during the month of June 2015 were submitted in compliance with the requirement and are on file with the Clerk of the Board. The lists of meetings do not represent all meetings attended by the Supervisors, but only those for which reimbursement or stipends were received. This report is submitted on a monthly basis to reflect the meeting attendance from the previous month.
A listing of the 2015 Board of Supervisors Appointments to various Boards and Commissions, some of which include per diem reimbursements, is attached.
In accordance with the California Fair Political Practices Commission’s Regulation 18705.5, the 2015 Board of Supervisors Appointments approved by the Board of Supervisors on January 6, 2015 are posted on the County’s website at: <http://www.solanocounty.com/depts/bos/assignments.asp>
Meeting Attendance Reports are on file with the Clerk of the Board and available upon request. Reports are also available for public viewing in the public agenda packet binder.
