DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Solano County Department of Health and Social Services recommends that the Board of Supervisors accept three revenue allocations for a net amount of $830,113 as follows: $366,314 from the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration, $77,101 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and $386,698 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; and approve an Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) for $830,113 to recognize the unanticipated revenues and budget appropriations for clinical and non-clinical equipment to support Health and Social Services, Family Health Services operational needs to prevent and respond to COVID-19 for the current period through June 30, 2022 (4/5 vote required).
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Solano County Department of Health and Social Services (H&SS) has been awarded three revenue allocations totaling $830,113 to support Health and Social Services, Family Health Services most pressing needs to prevent and respond to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
