DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Department of Resource Management recommends that the Board of Supervisors:
1. Adopt a resolution (Attachment A) approving the Final Map for the Morgan Subdivision - Phase 2 (S-18-02); and
2. Accept the dedication of a Public Utility Easement (P.U.E).
SUMMARY:
The Morgan Subdivision - Phase 2 Final Map (Attachment B) is the second phase of the Tentative Subdivision Map approved under Application S-18-02, which proposes to ultimately subdivide approximately 310 acres of the Lands of Morgan into 19 lots. The Final Map for Phase 1, which created the initial 4 lots, was approved on May 4, 2021, via Resolution No. 2021-90 (Attachment D) and recorded on June 23, 2021, in the Office of the Solano County Recorder, Book 96 of Maps, Pages 1-6.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The costs associated with preparing this agenda item are nominal and absorbed by the Department's FY2024/25 Working Budget.
