Mr. Meeks will be retiring on July 6, 2024 as an engineering technician, senior with the Department of Resource Management after 29 years of excellent service to Solano County and its residents. In 1995, Mr. Meeks was hired by Solano County as an engineering technician (entry) in the Department of Transportation to work in the survey unit.
