DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Department of Health & Social Services (H&SS) recommends the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve a second contract amendment with Victor Community Support Services, Inc. for $1,232,885 for a total contract amount of $2,000,000 to provide Full Service Partnership services to children, youth, and young adults with severe mental health conditions for the current period through June 30, 2026;
2. Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the amendment and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, up to an aggregate of $74,999; and

SUMMARY:
