DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Sheriff recommends that the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve a Grant Property Transfer Agreement with the City and County of San Francisco's Department of Emergency Management to accept the transfer of personal preparedness kits purchased with Department of Homeland Security Urban Areas Security Initiative funds by the Bay Area Urban Areas Security Initiative Group;
2. Approve a second Grant Property transfer Agreement with the Department of Emergency Management to accept the transfer of Community Emergency Response Team supplies;
3. Delegate authority to the Sheriff, Undersheriff, and Solano County's Emergency Services Manager to execute both agreements; and
