DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive a presentation on the County of Solano 2025 Annual Report.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Each year the County Administrator’s Office prepares an annual report designed to provide information to the public and employees regarding the activities and accomplishments of Solano County government during the prior calendar year. The 2025 Annual Report is an eight-page booklet that showcases a sampling of the activities that support the County’s vision, mission and goals.
A copy of the 2025 Annual Report can be downloaded at <https://www.SolanoCounty.gov>. Hard copies are available at most County public counters and at all Solano County Library facilities. Copies can also be requested by mail by contacting Matthew Davis, Principal Management Analyst at (707) 784-6111 and MADavis@SolanoCounty.gov <mailto:MADavis@SolanoCounty.gov>.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The cost of producing the 2025 Annual Report is $1,472, a County General Fund expense that is included in the County Administrator’s FY2025/26 Working Budget.
ALTERNATIVES:
The Board could decide not to receive the presentation; however, this is not recommended as the report highlights some of the important work provided throughout the community by County departments.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The County Administrative Office worked with all County departments in preparation of the 2025 Annual Report.
