Conduct an election of Chair and Vice-chair as provided in the Bylaws

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Commission conduct an election for each of the Officers listed above.
DISCUSSION
The Commission’s By-Laws provide that the Commission select the following Officers at the Commission’s Regular Meeting in May or as soon thereafter as possible:
• Chairman
• Vice-Chairman
Accordingly, the Commission should conduct an election for these two Offices.
