DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
The Department of Health and Social Services recommends that the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve a first contract amendment with Chiropractic Integrative Partners, Inc. for $200,000 for a total contract amount of $952,000 to provide chiropractic services for the Solano County Family Health Services clinics for the current period through June 30, 2026;
2. Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the amendment and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, up to an aggregate of $74,999 per fiscal year; and

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Chiropractic Integrative Health Partners, Inc. (CIP) provides chiropractic services to clients at Solano County Family Health Services clinics.
