DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
Supervisor Skip Thomson requests that the Board of Supervisors approve the appointment of Rick Tubbs to serve on the Planning Commission, representing District 5, for a 4 year term to expire January 31, 2017.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Rick Tubbs offers more than 22 years of military experience and has a strong math and business background. He previously founded a property development and management company and is looking to utilize his exceptional management abilities to enhance the operations of the Planning Commission.
