DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
Supervisor Brown requests that the Board of Supervisors approve the appointment of Scott Ingham to the First Five Solano Children and Families Commission, representing District 2, for a four year term expiring on June 27, 2021.
SUMMARY:
The First 5 Commission oversees the disbursement of Proposition 10 funds, which are funded by tobacco taxes. These funds are an integral part of the County’s social safety net.
Mr. Ingham is a graduate of the Cal Maritime Academy in Vallejo. Mr. Ingham is a resident of unincorporated Vallejo and owns a small business in Vallejo.

APPROVE DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION
