DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:

The Department of Health and Social Services (H&SS) recommends that the Board approve the following contract amendments pursuant to the Solano County Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Integrated Three-Year Program Plan FY2017/20:

1. Approve a first contract amendment with Seneca Family of Agencies for $347,899 for a total contract amount of $912,253 to provide Full Service Partnership (FSP) services for high-risk, transition-aged youth ages 16-25, including Commercially Sexually Exploited Children/Youth (CSEC) ages 10-25 for the current contract period through June 30, 2018;

2. Approve a first contract amendment with Seneca Family of Agencies for $200,000 for a total contract amount of $650,000 to provide Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) Medi-Cal services for children/youth who meet criteria for Katie A services and the AB 403 Continuum Care Reform (CCR) presumptive transfer; and

3. Authorize the County Administrator to execute the amendments...
