DISCUSSION:
In response to a request from a Commissioner, the topic of procedures for public hearings is agenized for discussion including but not limited to the topic of prior briefings by applicants. This is a discussion item. Following discussion at this meeting, as appropriate an item for proposed action may be prepared for the following meeting.
