RECOMMENDATION:

Department of Resource Management staff recommends that the Commission defer this matter to a future Planning Commission meeting date. Staff and the applicant will have a definite hearing date recommendation for the Commission at the February 21 Planning Commission meeting. The additional time is necessary to permit the applicant to meet with various County agencies to finalize the conditions of approval for the project.
