DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the re-appointment of Kari Birdseye to the Solano County Fair Association, representing District 2, for a term to expire on August 1, 2023.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Kari Birdseye is a resident of Benicia and is currently the Chairperson of the Benicia Planning Commission. Ms. Birdseye has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from San Francisco State University and a Master of Arts Degree in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The costs associated with preparing the agenda item are nominal and absorbed by the department’s FY 19/20Adopted Budget.
