DEPARTMENTAL RECOMMENDATION:

Chairwoman Erin Hannigan recommends that the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution recognizing First Baptist Church Vallejo on its 150^th Anniversary.

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:

The First Baptist Church in Vallejo was established on November 21, 1869 and will celebrate 150 years of continuous service on November 17^th when Supervisor Hannigan will present this resolution to the members of First Baptist Church 2025 Sonoma Blvd. in Vallejo.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The costs associated with preparing the agenda item are nominal and absorbed by the department’s FY2018/19 Adopted Budget.  The costs associated with preparation and purchase of the resolution materials are included in the Board’s FY2019/20 Adopted Budget.
