First 5 Solano/County Administrator's Office recommends the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve the Solano Children's Alliance (SCA) updated bylaws;
2. Approve the reappointments of:
a. Pam Posehn
b. Gloria Diaz
c. Candy Pierce
d. Zoee Bartholomew;
3. Approve the reappointments of alternates:
a. Rachel Rico (alternate for Pam Posehn)
b. Ana Isabel Montano (alternate for Gloria Diaz)
c. Cynthia Wojan (alternate for Candy Pierce)
d. Kathy Lago (alternate for Zoee Bartholomew); and
4. Approve appointment of alternate:
a. Paul Cecchettini (alternate for Maria Vicondoa)
SUMMARY:
In a recent review of the SCA bylaws, two areas under Article V. Membership were recommended by the SCA for updating and clarification: language was proposed to reflect new terms for membership appointment and reappointment; and changes were proposed to clarify alternates' termination dates (Attachment A).
In addition, this item brings forward several member appointments/reappointments and alternates for the Board's consideration.
